refund policy

When you shop with us, we stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with the product you have purchased.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return back to us within 7 days of purchase for a FULL MONEY BACK, minus shipping as per the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy.

Refunds Terms & Conditions:

  • A product may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original box / packaging as delivered to you
  • If the seal of the Healthcare products is opened, it is not eligible for replacement / refund
  • We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase
  • Refund is possible only if the product is returned back to the Company
  • If the goods are delivered in the damaged condition to the customer, then the shipping cost for pick-up and replacement will be borne by the company
  • The cancellation Policy is not valid if the customer cancels midway after the product is shipped In such a case the Customer will have to return the product on their own cost to claim refund
  • If the product needs to be cancelled due to any reason prior the receipt, shipping charges will not be charged if product not shipped at that point of time
